Repeat 5 times.
Repeat the movement for the right side of your face, using the side of your left thumb.
Completion of the massage
Place the palms of both hands on your forehead so that the tips of your middle fingers touch.
Applying moderate pressure, spread your palms in different directions, moving from the center of the forehead to the periphery, going down to the neck, all the way to the décolleté line.
Return to the starting position and repeat 5 times.
